Excel search using multiple rows and columns

I am looking for help on an Excel spreadsheet with search facility. The spreadsheet contains data about computer network switches that are connected to each other in a chain from level 0 to 4. We would like the ability to pick a device from a dropdown menu and it will display all of the devices/buildings affected if that selected device is switched off. Whichever device is selected the search results will be from all devices downward in the chain.

I have attached a sample of the spreadsheet. The search facility should accept more rows as add we add data. I am happy with either using VBA or VLOOKUPS etc
