Excel Day sheet needs some inprovements

Hi, Can you please look at the attached Excel work book I use this record the jobs we do on a daily basics.
what I would like you to do is crate a drop down for the customer details and some form of data base were I can keep a copy of the day sheet stored under the clients name and development details and be able to email a copy with the invoice.
Can you please sort out the totals so that it adds up correctly and the column can be set at the current rate and zero rated for new build work I do.
the site note number will need to be in put manually as it needs to match the quick books invoice.
