Hi Dean
I'm sorry to hear that your struggling to agree finances with your wife.
I do have my own headed paper and can write a strong letter to your wife if you need me to. However, I would just advise that you (or your wife if she issues court proceedings for finances, child custody etc) would need to have an appointment with a family law mediator first, as the courts will reject any court application if mediation has not been attempted first.
I can send you a sample of my headed paper if you would like to see it but am unable to upload it to the workstream as there is an outstanding proposal to be accepted.
I very much look forward to hearing from you.
Best

Hi Dean
I'm still really interested in helping you with your divorce and financial agreement if you still need some assistance. I appreciate that divorce and finances can often take some time to discuss between separating spouses before either are ready to seek legal advice but just wanted to let you know that I can offer you a very personal service as I have a very light caseload at present.
Please could I just ask brief details:
i) are their children of the marriage?
ii) are you fairly close to reaching a financial agreement?
iii) have you both agreed the details of divorce (eg marriages can be dissolved on behaviour, adultery etc, and who is to apply for the divorce)?
iv) have you both seen a family law mediator?
v) do the finances comprise the usual aspects to resolve (eg division of property, maintenance, bank accounts, debts, pensions);
I look forward to hearing from you whenever you are ready.
Best wishes.
