Data gathering from Facebook account to excel

This is a large project and will need someone with expertise in excel and social media. I have a Facebook account with around 4900 people on this. The account has staff who work in the entertainment industry. Im looking for someone to carry out the following tasks. Post a message to all members on the account this will be provided template asking them what work they can do requesting a contact number and area so this will be 4900 people. Await replies off these people and add the information they provide in to an excel speed sheet provided by us which is already created. some of the people you will message may have already been in contact with us so if they have provided this info already you can simply add this to the database the more info you can get the better all categories will be displayed in excel database.
