Copy/paste categories and products from old website to new Magento site

About 50 categories and about 1,000 products

Categories
Copy name, create category in Magento, save image from old site, rename all lowercase same as category name, replace spaces with "-", upload image

Products
Copy name, Create product, Copy/paste description, use first sentence as short desc, copy SKU from end of description, weight is 1, status is enabled, price is 1, tax class is "taxable goods"
Images - save 1 to 4 images per product, named as product, rename all lowercase same as category name, replace spaces with "-", additonal images are -1, -2, etc
Categories - tick the correct category

Should just take a couple of minutes per product

Work to be started immediately and completed urgently, within 5 days or sooner
