Copy hard text to word

We are looking to have a business manual (hard copy) transferred to word in a format, which we can then edit as a normal word document, ie, copy typed.

There will be around 170 A4 pages to be copied from the manual into word.

Parts of this manual will then be used by us to create a training manual for our Staff, which we can update and change as needed.

In summary, we would like a business manual re typed into a work document with no errors for our future use
