Combine two excel spreadsheets - immediate start, and follow work

Description of excel work: I have two spreadsheets with almost the same data in, but differently formatted. I need someone to combine them into s single spreadsheet.

I've attached the sample output file which defines the format of the data I want. I've added one sample record to demonstrate.

The other two files to merge are:

Document Report:
This contains the about 30 or so "Tables" - this data has been extracted from a PDF document and the formatting is a bit weird. The tables are named in the row before the table starts. there is some other redundant text that should be ignored. Each "Table" has four columns. The file to work on has 519 rows, I've attached a sample of the file with a few rows only.

Tables Report:
This contains the 31 "Tables", one per row with the "Fields" in the columns. This file has only the Field Names in it -so the other data must be captured from the Documents file, if it exists. I've attached a sample with 1 row only.

Most of the "Table" exist in each file. I want each table added once to the output file and the data merged from the two sources. If a Field exists in both , then add it once and mark it as existing in both. if it exists in only one the add it and marked as originating only from the file it came from. Ther is some variation in the naming of the fields. Spaces should be ignored and words in brackets should be ignored. there may be other small variations - please check with me
