Administrator, Specialist Typist

Over 12 years experience in administration, mainly within the Armed Forces, whilst serving and as a civilian. Handling, retrieving and distributing confidential and restricted files.
Recently employed as a Specialist Typist for a Naval Training establishment, amending and producing training manuals, often within a tight deadline.
Have gained experience as a PA for the Orthopaedic Department for Weymouth Primary Care Trust, retrieving, distributing and updating medical notes and files. Organising diaries and meetings in the absence of the Manager.
Whilst employed as a Training Support Administrator for a Tri-Service Training establishment, I was briefly shown how to use their unique database (TAFMIS). This enabled me to access training schedules and Joining Instructions to ensure that furture and present trainees recieved the relevant information needed for their courses and next posting.
