Administrative Assistance – 2 hours a day – Recruitment/student experience essential

We are looking for some admin help for roughly 2 hours a day, 5 days a week with interns who enrol on our programme.

It must be someone European based (or who is willing to work to these time-zones) to cater for the different time-zones we work to.

The work is very simple and involves assisting students with their pre-departure activities prior to leaving to Singapore. A successful candidate would have the following characteristics;
1) Worked in recruitment/HR
2) Worked with students
3) Customer service focused
4) Good communication
5) Enthusiastic
6) Willing to go over and above their duties to ensure students are well looked after.
