In the first instance this is to produce a walk through of a process to help the individual understand how to complete their task and the associated documentation, and appreciate how their role needs to fit into the wider customer service.
We are open to suggestions as to the best medium for delivering the material
1) Participate in an introductory web call with an experienced staff member to walk through the process and understand key requirements and the process in question
2) Recommendations for how to provide the self-learning material, and proposal to deliver material in full.
Deliver initial draft of training material.

I envisage two stages - the first stage being to let you understand the requirement by attending a web briefing call and then to assimilate some of the raw material ( 1 to 2 hrs) and come back with a costed proposal for delivery of the resource.
So I am not expecting a costed proposal for the full project without first giving you the opportunity to understand the scope and recommend an approach.
