We're Colibri Digital - a small boutique IT consultancy based in London. One of our unique offerings is our large portfolio of online training materials.
We're looking for a motivated recruiter to help us find freelancers in order to build and develop this portfolio. (Looking to hire 2-3 technical recruiters to work with long-term.)
Key responsibilities will include:
- Working with our publishing partner to understand their requirements for new courses
- Searching for and vetting new developers and authors
- Ensuring candidates provide a CV and audio sample to demonstrate their suitability for the role
- Liaising with both ourselves and our publishing partner to assess the suitability of proposed candidates
- Following up on submitted candidates to ensure they successfully complete the onboarding process
Desired skills:
- Experience recruiting from Eastern-European markets (e.g. Romania, Poland, Ukraine etc.) or Asia-Pacific market
- Experience using/willingness to learn Slack and Trello
- Result oriented and target driven (2 approved recruits per month is our minimum submission benchmark)
Remuneration:
$80 per recruited freelancer (negotiable)
