At Bolt, we do things a bit differently; forget this 360 degree recruiter lark, we want someone who can focus solely on dealing with our candidates’ happiness and not on spreading yourself thinly across every business function. This means no business development, but operational focus plus a small amount of account management and administration.
This means you’ll be or become a master assessor of people, an amazing sourcer and therefore able to best help the people we work with.
You should be honest and focused on delivering the very best for our customers - this means candidates as well as employers - and not just ‘doing the deal’ at any cost.
This role isn’t without challenges, we’re a young business in a competitive marketplace so if you’re looking for a big corporate style office, spoon feeding and a PA, this isn’t the role for you.
However, you’ll be entering a growing, startup business early, one where you will have opportunity and where values come first. You’ll be rewarded fairly, treated maturely, and given a pathway to enjoy the work you enjoy the most
We’ll do our best to support you in post and offer you the very best environment we can afford.
We don’t:
- Lure you in with unrealistic on target earnings
- Offer holidays with the directors for hitting sales targets
- Ask you to wear double cuff shirts or high heels as standard
- Make you compromise your value set on a daily basis
- Bang the sales drum and force you to do 50 cold calls per day
We do:
- Offer a good salary instead of gimmicks
- Let you leave work at work - no non-contracted 12 hour Tuesdays - it’s just work after all
- Focus on your personal development - we’re big investors in this
- Provide flexibility in working hours and locations where required - we have young families too…
What we ask for in return:
- A genuine interest in people
- Hard work whilst at work
- A keen interest in using your time efficiently and working with pace
- Attention to detail
- A lifelong learner
- Previous sourcing, resourcing, interviewing, recruiting is essential if you're working remotely
- Life skills more important than qualifications
**We're open to remote working options as well as part time however we need you to be UK based for this role as you'll be interviewing candidates in the UK.
