I need someone who is used to do pay roll registrations. It is a NEW company with one Employee. We need the paper filled and sent asap ( maybe online). We have the New Employer Pack sent by HM Revenue&Customs and need this done asap.

17 NOv 2010 PLEASE HAVE A LOOK AT the following changes:

The company is already registered HMCR and I sent today the P45 for them too. It is a limited company with one director(employee). I "am" both.

What I need is: Payroll processing, VAT, submittion of employee yearly forms, annual statutory accounts and ytax return. Company was formed in the 29th Sep.2010 and this moment company has not a lot of activity, so please BID accordingly to that even if we have to revew you fees in 4 months time.

I hope this give syou a better idea. I need to accept BID asap so salary can be already processed by end of November/beginning December. Also I have already a few epenses from these initial months...
