Experience Level: Intermediate
We are looking for a experienced HR Specialist to join our team for ad hoc work. The ad-hocs will involve helping with finding overseas and virtual staff and helping with supporting new hires.
HOWEVER on this initial job we want someone who can go through the company's extensive (100 pg) induction powerpoint, meet (remotely) and ask questions to the founder that will help you produce a good questionnaire and add FAQ's, and then compile comprehension and multiple choice questions to ensure new hires REALLY understand the company, culture and what is expected of them.
Upon completion the new staff will actually receive a pass mark and be able to go on and work for the company.
You should have extensive recruitment knowledge so this job will be a synch for you with your skills and understand how to induct hires into a business from personal experience.
Once you complete the comprehension questions, add FAQ's and other requirements you will then be able to load the questions along with the powerpoint slides we already have into our Learning Management System which will aid staff to do the tests and mark their results.
