We are a German consultancy firm and build leadership programs for organizations - especially mentorship programs. We are looking for you to support us with providing better service to our clients and prospective clients. As we want to improve our speed/level of responsiveness, we are looking for your support!
We are a young and dynamic team. If you are a perfectionist and do have previous experience working in HR or as an assistant in a fast-moving environment, you will love this job!
Our business-partner are typically HR managers and personnel development responsible of medium-sized (500 – to 5,000 employees) companies in Germany and Europe.
Tasks:
Prepare offers for clients (template exists)
Confirm bookings, set appointments for the next seminar
Event Management: Organize location and set-up of seminars
Send out supportive material
Briefings with clients before a seminar on wishes, equipment, directions (quick call)
After a workshop: asking the client whether everything went as of their expectation (quick call)
Online appearance: Keep seminar-portals current and up-to date
Skills:
Fluent/native German skills
Excellent MS Office skills
Savvy with various technological tools, especially CRM
Fast in implementing and very accurate
Outspoken, able to communicate own ideas clearly and work on improving procedures
Able to make phone-calls within Germany/to German clients
Pleasant and fun to work with ;-)
What we offer:
We are very professional I providing you with descriptions and checklist for any typical procedure
Flexible working hours. You have an overview on upcoming tasks (In ToDoIst) and can easily organize your own work
For some of the frequent tasks we have even prepared short video-tutorials, so you can quickly reference in order to be sure of how to best handle the task.
Once you are proficient and expert, we do of course very much looking forward to YOU contributing with checklists, descriptions and tutorials :-)
Working hours:
We are based in Germany, so we reach our potential customers between 8 am to 5 pm German time, for all other tasks you are fully flexible on how you want to organize them! We are looking for a long-term collaboration.
Please write your indication of interest in German language, as the collaboration will be in German. We are very much looking forward to getting to know you!
