Hello! Do you have experience with recruiting? Preferably an international team (European)? Then we could use your help!
We are a media company (team of 12) and are looking for an experienced recruiter who can help us find around 15 new colleagues. From account managers, to customer service agents to studio recording engineers. For now in the UK, Netherlands and France. You will be responsible for the whole process, from writing job ads, posting to doing the first interviews.
We are a 100% remote company, so you can work from home and decide which hours work best for you. We could pay you an hourly fee + a bonus for each great find or on a project basis. Please let me know your experience (in recruiting or other) & back ground, if you have experience with recruiting via LinkedIn for example, what your fee would be and if you have experience with working from home.
This will be an ongoing freelance job as we would like to be an 'ABR' company.. always be recruiting. The first months will be more hours, after this it's just for a few a week/month.
You will be responsible for:
- writing/translating job ads
- posting job ads (platforms, social media, linked in, etc)
- filtering & answering all incoming jobs@ e-mail & inviting people for a first video interview
- setting up call/video interview (we use an automated software tool for a first impression)
- filtering best candidates & organise a follow up interview
- present best candidates to Management Team
- Organising NDA's, contracts, welcoming new colleague.
We don't have an HR department at the moment, so ideas are welcome. If you like to join our team, please let me know and send a message.
