Dear freelancers.

Who is interested in the following job (first batch of many)?

First create 10 recruiting questions for the competency 'business knowledge' based on 10 competency attributes.

We provide 1 'competency attribute' per question, to which the question needs to be tailored.

Then create 20 behavioral indicators to assess the answers on those 10 recruiting questions (negative and positive indicators per question). These are meant to help the recruiter assess a positive or a negative answer.

We provide positive and negative behavioral indicators for those attributes that are used during normal observation (not in interviews). You can use these as a guideline for your questions and/or question indicators.

The general competency to assess is 'business knowledge.' Each of those 10 attributes has a certain 'capability level' which is provided with a full description of what is expected from someone with that level of attribute.

We provide an 11th attribute with a question as an example.

The work has to be carried out in a Google Docs spreadsheet which has been provided.
