I am looking for someone who can help support me so that I can grow this business to the next level.
Looking for an experienced, proactive, organizer who's obsessed with personal growth, loves working with people, and could have fun with creating systems and structures all day, and who would enjoy assisting a female-run, online coaching business to help millions of people.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: - Managing an exclusive membership group - Delivering exceptional customer service - Managing email inbox - Set up ect conferences/podcasts/summits/etc. - Performing market research and delivering reports - Calendar Management/Maintain third party systems, e.g. booking systems - Responding to messages. Social media management. Send out a monthly mail chimp newsletter - Post content (research articles or other blog posts) to face-book, and • Work on a range of one-off projects; Depending on your own key skills there is also an opportunity to help with content development for the website, webinars, livestreams ect

So: assisting with communication, organisation and efficiency. Must have: 1. Proven working experience as virtual assistant 2. Knowledge of office management systems and procedures 3. MS Office, active campaign proficiency , Edgar ect 4. Outstanding organisational and time management skills 5. Ability to multitask and prioritise daily workload 6. Interest and experience in Social Media Marketing 7. Fluent verbal and written English communications skills 8. Discretion and confidentiality
