I am searching for a Virtual Assistant to join my team of VAs as my company is entering a period of significant growth.
My business provides project management, admin and operations support to small businesses, with a focus on helping these businesses grow and maximise their potential. I'm looking for Virtual Assistants who share my understanding of how efficient business support is crucial to the success of a business.
Mandatory Requirements
• Set hours daily - Availability of at least 20 hours/week (worked 9am-1pm or 1pm-6pm (Mon-Fr)
• A PC with Microsoft Office installed
• Willing to sign a strict confidentiality/non-disclosure/non-competitive self-employed subcontractor agreement
• Commitment to attend daily team meetings via Skype
• Commitment to market and promote the business if necessary
• Willing to be part of my business long-term and grow with the business
I am looking for people who can hit the ground running with my clients and do anything and everything that is needed to help them on their journey to business success, and offer advice and suggestions along the way. This can be anything from diary bookings to full scale project management and everything in between.
My clients are typically entrepreneurs or growing small businesses, people who have a vision and desire to grow and develop to bigger things, so you must be able to handle people who work at a fast pace, who make lots of demands and expect high standards.
There will be an initial paid training period of 4 weeks based at the Office in West Sussex. Once you are comfortable with the role, you will then be one of our qualified Work From Home VAs.
Essential skills/requirements:
• Diary Management, Finding best Travel routes, Scheduling Meetings
• Project & Email Management, Content Writing
• Microsoft Office (word, excel, powerpoint, etc)
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel, you must be able to create and adapt client spreadsheets
• Good standard of spelling and grammar
• Tech savvy - able to use modern software and pick up new technology quickly
I am looking for somebody to start now, with workload probably around 20 hours per week. Training will be given

Is the hourly rate negotiable as with PPH fees this would take it lower than minimum wage.
