Description of support work: We are a leading Cyber Security, Data Protection & Privacy Consultancy, based in London UK.

Due to an increasing sales pipeline of project work, we require a Junior Project Manager/Project Co-Ordinator on a part-time basis providing assistance with delivery of consultancy engagements with new and existing clients.

Each of our service areas follow a proven PRINCE 2 based methodology and process, we require the project manager to facilitate this and provide support to our senior consultants and clients.

Whilst the majority of our consultants have project management expertise, we require a highly organised individual to ensure projects are kept on track, milestones met and ensure clear communications with the client at all times.

The consultants are senior, however this role is required for project administration, co-ordination and to un-block issues.

These projects do not require full-time support at present, and are typically spread over a number of weeks. We require up to 4 days per month however this is likely to increase.

This role can be based in our office in Paddington, London or Remotely within the UK.

- Possess the ability to deconstruct complex deliverables into a clear set of prioritised tasks and objectives both for one self, and for delegation to other team members and 3rd parties.
- Ability to present project status and activities at a high level via presentation and update briefings.

Key Responsibilities:
- PMO and Project Administration Support.
- Resource co-ordination of up to 5 people.
- Support client on-boarding and setup on Secure Collaboration Space
- Setup and co-ordination of project meetings/workshops
- Hold and co-ordinate weekly client update Briefings
- Provide weekly client update reports
- Create and manage project plans and task lists.
- Maintain and update project risks and issues. (RAID Log)
- Record and distribution of meeting minutes and actions
- Follow up and chase for action status updates.

Must Have:
- Experience within B2B (Business to Business) Environment
- Experience of PRINCE 2 Project methodology or similar
- Experience working with senior business stakeholders
- Experience with Microsoft Project or similar Project Management Software

- Experience working within a management consultancy industry
- Experience within IT security & data protection
- Formal certification in Project Management (PRINCE 2, PMP etc)

- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Microsoft Project or similar Project Management Software
- Microsoft Power Point
