I am looking for a senior and talented IT recruiter and head-hunter, with experience of recruiting IT professionals in the European market. Ideally you will speak a second European language (German or French) and have excellent communication skills.
You will be an expert at passive candidate sourcing using complex Boolean, X-ray searching, LinkedIn, Viadeo, Xing, etc.
I am looking potentially for a long-term partner, who is happy and passionate about being successful and who can help growing a small business with a high volume of vacancies. I will pay an additional bonus of £500 for every successful placement as an incentive.
All our roles are in IT and SAP, based across Europe, with increasing demand in the Cyber and Security areas.
