Call handler required for homeworking role.
We are a chauffeur hire company based in Leeds, looking to recruit a Call Handler / Admin Assistant for ad-hoc work during busy periods. You will work from home and responsibilities will include answering calls, providing quotes to customers, responding to online queries and dispatching drivers to jobs / confirming drivers availability.
You must be available flexibly as this is a reactive role and you need to be able to answer calls etc when they come in. This would potentially suit someone who is currently working from home but has time available, or someone looking for a flexible part time opportunity.
In total you are likely to work c10 hours per week, potentially more when covering holiday periods etc.
You need to have a confident telephone manner, strong coordination and organisation skills and the ability to work autonomously. You are likely to have worked in a role with similar responsibilities previously.
