We are property investment company, working with a variety of investors from around the world. We find investment deals, and then work with them to refurb them, and then either sell or rent them.
I am looking for an Operations Manager, or System Creator, to help and advise on building the correct procedures for a new building company working with external and sub contractors.
At the moment our business is growing, but as we have grown we are losing control of projects in terms of costings, management, sign off etc.
We are looking to work with someone who has direct experience of this within the UK building industry. We want to develop a system that can be shared with our clients abroad, as well as give us a process to keep a handle on all costs, project start, sign off, project process, etc etc. But must be duplicatable quickly and easily for new projects or sub contractors, as well as keeping us very safe and secure throughout the project
The company has been developed out of a need to serve our customers but was not an initial plan. Now that we are moving forward with it, we want to develop the company correctly from the start.
The budget listed is a holding budget, and we are happy to discuss costs directly.
