We need 1060 contacts copied from a word documents and pasted into an excel spreadsheet. There will be a strict formatting procedure to follow as it is incredibly important that the contact details are in the correct order on the database. There are 53 word documents in total. Each document contains the ministerial contact details for a county, so 53 countries in total.

Working in alphabetical order of the country, the spreadsheet is split into three tabs Head of State, Head of Government and Ministries. For each tab we will need the relevant contact details (country position, name, address, telephone and fax number, email etc) copied from the word document and pasted into the excel spreadsheet. This is quite simple but there are a few specifics that do need to be followed in each section.
