Experience Level: Intermediate
I am looking for a confident and experienced person perhaps either a pastry chef or with a strong interest in that area to assist with the development of recipes for a small artisan confectionery company in the south east. As well as developing suitable recipes and assisting with development of product lines some knowledge of food hygiene requirements etc would be useful.
