Experience Level: Intermediate
This position requires an Arabic (not Egyptian Arabic) speaking individual to work initially 2 to 3 hours a week based at our Newport Pagnell offices.
The main objectives for the role are to engage our automotive customer in conversation in order to extract interesting and relevant information to be recorded in a concise form. To communicate effectively to a multi linguistic department offering support and guidance to the researchers to support them in efficiently managing their workloads. To maintain the daily running of the contact centre continually looking to improve the quality, performance and processes.
The key responsibilities will be around communicating to the automotive customer in an empathetic way via the telephone. Recording the customer comments concisely and in a detailed manner. Perform daily operational tasks. Management of researcher\'s timesheets and invoices. Provide training and direction to new members of the research team.
The key skills required for the position include, empathy with the ability to maintain impartiality, good attention to detail and quality. A confident, friendly, courteous telephone manner with excellent keyboard skills with the ability to type whilst listening. Clear and concise communication both verbally and written.
