We are undertating exercise on Recruitment and Selection we need someone who will be able to design a project proposal in below format - all information will be provided,
Analyse good practice in relation to the area selected for review
- Demonstrate understanding of best practice in this area
2. Key stakeholders and why and their interests
Identify key stakeholders, their interests and needs
Evaluate different ways of presenting data to meet stakeholder needs
- Key stakeholders for the issue under review should be identified and their different interests and needs discussed.
3. Key sources of secondary research and their contribution
Evaluate a range of primary and secondary methods for obtaining information including the use of online facilities for research into an HR and/or management practice issue Compare and contrast data from different sources and publications (academic, professional, industry, company
- Explain the difference between primary and secondary research and evaluate the use of online facilities and at least one other method of obtaining information on HR and/or management practice
- Compare the quality of data from three or four different sources, such as academic, professional, industry and company material.
4. Key methods of collecting primary data (strengths and weaknesses)
Evaluate a range of primary and secondary methods for obtaining information including the use of online facilities for research into an HR and/or management practice issue
Justify the choice and application of data collection methods and research instruments to explore an area under investigation
Evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of a research study
- Explain the difference between primary and secondary research and evaluate the use of online facilities and at least one other method of obtaining information on HR and/or management practice (see above)
- 3-4 examples of primary research discussing the relative strengths and weaknesses of the major methods of data collection, including quantitative and qualitative methods, to investigate the issue under review.
- The strengths and limitations of an actual or proposed research study should be identified and discussed.
5. Outline of presentation of the findings
Evaluate different ways of presenting data to meet stakeholder needs
Use an appropriate mix of diagrammatic and narrative formats (4.3)
- Key stakeholders for the issue under review should be identified and their different interests and needs discussed.
- Using up to three examples, candidates will evaluate the use of different narrative and diagrammatic formats to meet the needs of different stakeholders.
