Estimated project duration: 1 day or less
We need to understand how different page elements on e-commerce platforms affect conversion rates. Where possible we need this in relation to pharmaceutical retailers, such as Boots, Lloyds, Superdrug, Pharmacy2u, etc. The elements are as follows:
- Star ratings (E.G: other users have rated this product 4.3 out of 5 stars.)
- Price reductions (E.G: Become a member today and save 10%.)
- Text sizing (E.G: bullet points or paragraph, long or short.)
- Imagery (E.G: Does having lots of high quality imagery help?)
- Membership elements (E.G: Join or login in to your membership account today to save 10%)
- Other savings (E.G: spend £35 or more to receive free shipping.)
- Trust elements (E.G: Trustpilot, Feefo, etc.)
- Below the fold information (E.G: more info, user instructions, video, reviews, etc)
We want to understand what elements have a positive impact, a neutral one, and a negative one on customer conversion rates. We also want to understand if there are any particular combinations of the above that work well together.
There's no need for any fancy presentation, we simply need the data and conclusions presented as plainly and simply as possible.
Attached is what a potential product page would look like with ALL of the above elements included. This creates a far too crowded and messy user experience, and so we are looking to narrow down which elements are worth including.

Is the project price a placeholder? Are you flexible with the budget?
Thanks.David W.05 Aug 2019It's certainly open for discussion, although I don't foresee the work taking more than a couple of hours so wouldn't be looking to go much higher on it.
