To to research in to office 2003 application (Word, excel) and Windows XP in how to improve duties of an office clerk and providing advantage. You will be researching the application in the context of managing files and folders. Using general office environment you need to create visuals to show how to manage files and folders by providing visual setting and how the employees will interacting with each other in the departments. The research will be done to benefit our emplyees who work in the office.

Create 5 visuals for Windows for Windows Xp
Create 3 visual for each word and excel.

I have attached a sample diagram to show how the office clerk will be interacting wilth his collegues in the department.
