We are an eCommerce company selling physical products to the American and European markets using Amazon and our eCommerce platform.
We’re looking for a fun, social savvy person to join our team and help us grow our knowledge about certain products. We need a team member who can perform product research and help increase the conversion of newly launched physical products in Amazon.
We are searching for a new team member for a part-time position.

Responsibilities & Tasks
-Perform thorough internet research of interesting products;
-Perform Amazon keyword and ranking research for different products and summarise the findings;
-Perform internet research on different subjects and summarise the findings;
-Prioritise and manage each research cases;
-Provide support, including procedural documentation;
-Handling required administrative works;
-Respond within agreed time limits;
Additional Tasks may include:
-Responding to customer emails;
-Monitor the customer reviews and act according to the procedure;
-Establish a good working relationship with customers and other professionals;
Availability to work 4 hours/day and during the weekends for 2 or 3 hours.
Based on the proven record, future assignments may be given!
