Experience Level: Intermediate
Description of legal work: My niece applied for Family Visit visa from Pakistan to see her critically ill grand mother in the UK.
Visa application got refused with some usual stupid objections under paragraph 41 of immigration rules. All evidences were provided with the application but ECO refused on probability bases and didn't assess evidences properly.

According to new rule, Family Visitors can lodge appeal only on Human Rights grounds as well as covering paragraph 41.

I have already lodged appeal in First Tier Immigration Tribunal. As I said, the new rule for defense is based on only Human Rights grounds.
I have some experience in immigration matter so Covering paragraph 41 objections is not a problem for me but I am not good in Human Rights side of law.

Can you prepare appeal ground & Skeleton Argument under Human Rights for her appeal which I'll be using in hearing when time come. Hearing will be after few months.
(Copies of Refusal Letters are attached)

If you are specialist in Human Rights Law and can prepare this document, how much Fix Fee you'll charge for this?

(Please ignore my Budget. it is just a formality for this website, you give me your own Fix Fee Quote)

(Only experienced Solicitors please, No trainee please)
