Need a UK lawyer to review my EULA

I have the EULA of about 2600 words (ie 4 pages) that I need a UK lawyer to review. It has already had a basic review by a US lawyer (just to get the basic wording right) but I need the wording adjusted to UK law and to make sure it is a valid UK contract.

I dont envisage this taking more than 30 minutes of your time. If you need to see it just to make sure, let me know. Also, I'm a UK ltd company and I've specified Scots Law in the jurisdiction clause - not sure if that will make a major difference or not though.
