I have had a CCJ issued against me for insulation work carried out at a rented property I own. Invoices were sent to that address as I had not marked the paperwork as being a rented property. I want to discuss how I can resolve this CCJ. The initial fee for the work of £99 was paid by the rental agent as soon as they were aware of it but not in time to prevent the CCJ being issued. I want to discuss if it is worth trying to get the CCJ set aside or if I have to accept it and hope it doesn't hit my credit file as it is registered to a different address.
