We seek a full time technical support analyst (30-35 hours a week) to join our growing team and provide remote telephone technical support to our userbase of UK based retail stores.

Must be a good team player, have excellent communicative skills in English - both spoken and written - and a proven mastery of Windows, MySQL and general IT skills, including fault diagnosis and repair, application and driver installation/removal, etc. A competency test will be provided.

As a full time position requiring flexibility in working hours, the successful candidate will have no other work or personal commitments that will unduly effect availability.

This role requires a sensible specification PC with a high speed broadband line which will support high quality VoIP calls (via our virtual exchange). A headset or suitable VoIP handset will also be required, as will a quiet work environment.

Our support desk operates 8am-8pm UK time (GMT/BST) 7 days a week, 365 days a year. A varying, monthly rota of working hours within those times will be provided each month but last minute flexibility may be required.
