Description of support work: I am looking for a 2nd line engineer who is able to work remotely to resolve users issues. A good level of understanding of Microsoft operating systems and applications is required as well as Office365. Experience with windows server operating systems and general active directory, DNS, DHCP, etc are also required. Any knowledge of Linux systems, apache webserver and MySQL databases would be advantageous
You will need to be available between the hours of 9am and 5:30pm Monday to Friday. On average you can expect to handle 5 to 10 tickets a month however you will be paid regardless of how many tickets you handle. A desk phone and all software will be provided.
