General information for the business: We are a very small business looking to experience Dynamics CRM for possible deployment

Description of support work: We currently use Office 365 for business and have 2 Case Managers who provide administrative support for Psychologist Expert Witnesses. We provide a case management service for these experts where we receive case instructions from solicitors, documents that are currently managed in SharePoint, tasks and calendar events using Outlook, updates regarding the case (case notes).
We currently use Capsule CRM but this is limited our ability to effectively manage cases as it provides no sync with contacts, calendar entries - Assessment dates, client meetings, report submission dates etc.
We require someone with experience to view our capsule crm to understand how we manage cases currently and then use our trial version of Dynamics CRM (ends 20/02/16) to tweak its current format to mirror Capsule CRM and integrate the function to sync contacts which are added to O365 and to enable us a function to add calendar entries which will be shared with users calendars.
Extra notes: If the successful candidate can impress with managing this job and successfully demonstrate how dynamics can work for us - we have another company with a larger client base that we would ask to do something very similar with.
