I want to see if microsoft dynamics is suitable for my small accounting business by seeing if dynamics will support my core book keeping process. To this end I would like someone to set up the following core book keeping process for me. The process needs to be supported by time sheets.

Process repeats every 3 months
1. System sends email request for information (bank statements and invoices) to client
2. Client uploads information onto share point
3. Bob does book keeping and asks client for any more information or clarifications and produces management accounts
4. System tracks Bobs request for clarifications in a case management kind of way
5. Liz reviews Bobs work and authorises Bob to send out management accounts
6. Bob sends out management accounts
7. Client says happy with accounts
8. System rolls forward process by 3 months
