Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
Estimated project duration: 1 day or less
We have a server on XP Server 2003 and runs Exchange Service Pack 2.
Randomly yesterday the OWA started producing a 503 error - HTTP/1.1 503 Service Unavailable. No work has been done on the server as it has been running smoothly for some time now.
After checking the event logs it seems that the issue has appeared just after the following was mentioned:
Success Audit – Davex.dll
After reading online this can cause some issues, I’ve checked and implemented a number of the options shown online and nothing is working.
I need someone to offer me advice on how to correct this, or if needs be remotely look into the issue.
At the moment emails cannot be accessed via the Web (owa) and mobile devices.
This must be up and running by the end of today.
