General information for the business: We build flats
Description of excel work: We have a google docs spreadsheet that is very messy (see attached). It needs smartening up and a couple of missing formulas fixed. Then 2 new spreadsheets need to be created. One that gives a simplified report on the overall progress of the build, and one that summarises the total cost of the build.

Description of attached spreadsheet:
The spread sheet is about the conversion of an old office building into 39 flats. The flats have been broken into 4 sections (courtyard, market street, george street and an extra storey on George street). Each section of flats has different build costs which are shown on the sheet. There are also some costs (Externals, courtyard & Services) which are shared between all the flats. This sheet is designed to be updated every week to measure the amount of work that has been done on site.
