Description of excel work: Hi - I have attached a simple cash flow that I have done. I will need someone to adjust and format it in a professional way with
Profit & Loss

Cash Flow
Balance sheet
The existing calculations car be simplified where possible or put in a more professional way (ie: loan calculation for example)
If the person can split the year in periods halves that would be great (H1+H2)
Please stick to the assumptions that are already listed. They need to be changed (as currently setup). Please no hardcoding,
The aim of the exercise is to analyse the returns on investment for the purchase of 5 ships.
The ships are split in two groups.. Group 1 has three ships and Group 2 has 2 ships. The assumptions for all the ships are identical.
I willl need one worksheet with 1 ship of group A, another worksheet with 1 ship of group 2.
The worksheets calculating automatically value for all group A, all group B and then one with the cumlative values.
The monthly outgoings are spend at the start of the month. The montly incomings are received at the end of the month.
Taxes are 15%
Depreciation can be done over 15 years
Group B starts operating 6 month after group A.
Extra notes:
I am in south america, so on that time zone. I will need to have it completed by Sunday evening european time.
I will no go to bed and check the proposals in the morning. Please send me any examples of previous similar works you have made.
I just need a very simple and clean model which I hope you can help me complete.
If there are any elemetns you are not sure please make assumptions that we can then adjust.
