Hello
I need someone to process receipts for me; preferably based in East or South East London but of course I can post the receipts if not. In addition to the physical receipts, there will be Amex and other statement to compile and reconcile with trips.
This will be two jobs...
- taking the current pile of receipts (two fairly full A4 envelopes to get me up to date
- then an ongoing (monthly) process
My preference for the work is to...
- Scan all receipts
- Enter the details into MS Excel
- Also add in other sources of expense, eg American Express statements
- Represent in the local currency (£, $ and Singapore$ mainly) and show a converted amount to sum in £
- Label according to trips (I'll share my calendar)
- Separate VAT, where applicable
We can call or email with any questions during the project. The output will be needed for two reasons...to claim back expenses for some projects, and as preparation of for my year-end tax return.
I'm very open to ideas in the best way to do this. Please let me know if you need any clarification.
