Part A) I need a deliverables list tab that can be updated from raw data to be easily re-created
when new raw data is dumped into it.

Part B) I then need help creating excel formula's that create a RAG based on due dates and if a Goal, Epic or Userstory is in;- 1) Backlog, 2) In progress, 3) Done or 4) Descoped;-

The outputs (RAGs) are defined by the following criteria and the output needs to show;-

Backlog (Goal, Epic or User Story)
1) if item (Goal, Epic or User Story) is 5 day away from due date then output = amber cell with the letter"B"
2) Past due date = red cell with the letter "B"
3) If 1) and 2) not met then green cell with the letter"B"

In progress (Goal, Epic or User Story)
1) before due date (including due date) = Green cell with the the letter "IP"
2) after due date = Red cell with the the letter "IP"
3) Any item before due date (including due date) which has an open impediment is amber cell with the letter "IP" (once impediment is closed and it is before due date it goes back to green cell with the letter "IP")

Descoped (Goal, Epic or User Story)
1) Black cell with White text

Done (Goal, Epic or User Story)
1) Blue cell with white text
