Hi,
I apologize in advance for the lengthy description below. I have ALOT of data that I have clustered in R, and want to show results of many(probably around 50 or so) different cluster analyses. One is listed below. Please take a look and let me know if you are interested. Obviously I may need to clarify the instructions, as they are very detailed. Hopefully Examples 1 and 2 included will be helpful. This work can be done in excel or R or any language you want, I just want the graphs to look good. If you can make it through this one and are up for dozens more that would be great. Hopefully after the first one they won't be too difficult as the work flow will be clear. Ideally I would like them all by July 11th. Please let me know what you think after you look at the project. I expect questions due to the complexity of the instructions. I also expect that the first one or few will take a lot longer than the rest if you are able to automate the workflow, so the $400 deposited is just a guess. If it take you twice as long but you can automate the work flow so the rest are much faster, that is great. I am willing to spend significantly more than $400 to get them done...but just kind of threw that number out there for now..I would rather pay more and have to do less(e.g. just be able to send you a lot of these files), so I can work on other stuff. I expect there will be a lot of back and forth in the beginning.

I need the following graphs made using the data in the attached files. Please don't worry about titles for the graphs yet.
In "GWDMS clusMatrix.csv" there is a column "kclus5"
Merge this columns with entire file GWDSMLDH.csv by Subject ID(the four digit number starting with 7002 in the first column).
Make graphs of the mean values in all columns in GWDSMLDH.csv as defined in the rows by kclus5.
The x axis should be the columns heading and the y axis should be the mean value by groups. There should be 5 lines on the graph(it should look something like Example 1).
Please make 4 graphs, defining the beginning and end of the four graphs by the difference in color coding in the columns in GWDSMLDH.csv
Then please merge the column "kclus5" with the "GWEndocrine.csv" file
Make a graph of mean of "d1_log" colum by kclus5 group with error bars. The Y-axis should be the mean value, and the x-axis should be the cluster number. It should look something like Example 2 with error bars.
Please merge the column "kclus5" with the file "GWNP.csv".
Make graphs for the mean values by kclus5 group with error bars for all of the columns with headings that match the file names(before the "THSD.png") in the "Image" folder. If possible, superimpose graphs whose columns in the GWNP.csv file are grouped together by color.
Please merge the column "kclus5" with the file "GWImageMale.csv"
