Description
Experience Level: Entry
Description of analysis: 1) Create three regressions, one for each main KPI: C-SAT, NPS, Loyalty.
What we would like to see is the main KPIs as the dependent variables and all the rest as independent in one regression, so I would expect something like:
C-SAT= α+(β x indepedent1) + (γ x independent2) + ….. + (ν x independentν)
Independent variables are questions like:
Please rate your pre-show experience on the following (1-5 rating from very poor to excellent)
Satisfaction within objectives (1-5 rating from not at all satisfied to completely satisfied)
Please rate the following attributes (1-5 rating from very poor to excellent)
We would like to be able to tell that: example, if we increase the satisfaction of 'optionA' by Z, then overall satisfaction will increase by X
2) Create one regression including all main KPIs and see how they inter-correlate
Main KPIs are four questions of a 11 point scale. I believe a correlation matrix is what we are looking for here. Do you think we could get one regression including for example C-SAT as dependent and the rest as independent?
We would expect to run first a factor analysis and to verify which statements from the post show survey measure which KPIs and then the regressions.
Let me know if all these makes sense.
