Hi there,
I have two sets of data, each with one dependent variable and two independent variables and 1 random.
my dependent variable in one data set is percentage and in another data set is integer like height.
I cannot use parametric lmer(). Therefore, I need equivalent non-parametric model.
my.data<-lmer(Growth_Index~salinity*light + (1|ID), data=growthID)
I would like you to analyze the data and of course send me the detailed methodology on how to do it, if possible.
Could you please let me know if you do it asap?
Thank you very much
JL
