Hi,
We recently purchased a Novus N1020 temperature controller for a small project - to connect it to a PT100 temperature sensor and to a heater, that is connected via a SSR from the pulse output - so as to heat a small metal block and to maintain the temperature at the set temperature via the PID loop. The N1020 is connected to a SCADA software (TeslaSCADA) via a IP-to-RS485 converter. The software should send the setpoint temperature to the N1020, and read the actual temperature from the N1020 and display it in the software.
I need you to define the N1020 in the TeslaSCADA software -including which registers to use for writing the set point temperature and reading the actual temperature and displaying it in the TeslaSCADA software - so as to make it communicate with the N1020 controller. I also need you to use the Scheduler feature in the TeslaSCADA software - so the operator can enter up to 8 temperatures and times, and send these new temperatures to the N1020 at the right times.
Please advise if you have experience in setting up such control systems using TeslaSCADA software and using the Novus N1029 controller, whether you are confident that you can do this- and how many hours it will take.
Best Regards,
David
