Looking for a well seasoned professional/successful Entrepreneur to produce a full market assessment and 2/3 year business plan for project to raise investment for a web based project to include:

1) Executive Summary - A summary of the plan. No more than two typed pages and should be written last. Someone should be able to read this and get a good feel for the business, the management team and the plan.
2) Company/Business Description - Here you will outline the goals and mission of the business, the history and other pertinent information about our proposed business activities.
3) Product/Service Description - Outline our services/products that we intend to sell. This is where you must be able to monetise/value the opportunity
4) Market Analysis - Demonstrate our understanding of the market in which we will operate and write about our target market and competition.
5) Strategy and Implementation - Outline our strategy for the implementation of our marketing efforts and how we will get our products/services to our customers.
6) Management Team - Discuss the key members of our management team and the experience they bring to the table.
7) Financials - Outline the first 2/3 years of business financials based on your research with ourselves and discussion with our target and pilot customers.
8) Other additional value added experience/information that will advance our success in the eyes of investors/partners


Clarification in response to some of the questions potential bidders have posed:

The product/service is a web-based Business Transformation application built on a social media platform with integrated professional/personal development tools and resources aimed at the large SME/corporate market.

The successful bidder needs to be able to assess the market potential for our product/service, spot the critical strategic and pricing differentiators that will increase or decrease the value of our proposition and then value it in an appropriate format for potential investors/financial backers which include Venture Capital, Business Angel and god forbid the Banking community

We already have interest from one VC company but we need to create a revenue generating POC before they will consider investing and we need to work very smart with the initial funds available.

Until the proposition has been valued by this project I cant put a value to the investment required to develop the full model. That is the objective of this excercise.
