A programme that lists all the ingredients, weights and prices of products that we use in a catering kitchen that then allows me to calculate individual costs of recipies<br /><br />
<br /><br />
e.g if 1kg of potatos =£1 and 1 killo of Leeks = £1 but i want a recipie that uses 500g of each product to make 5 portions the cost would be Potatoes 50p Leeks 50p total cost £1<br /><br />
<br /><br />
Then i need to divide by the number of portions giving a cost per serving and then mulitplying it by 4 to give me my ideal rrp. (the figures in this example are not accurate
