Description of Business Development: We are beginning to develop some sales activity within our organisation and are now looking to define our sales process more clearly.

We would like to adopt the best practices to allow our sales team to ensure they have the best chance to close and support communications with appropriate interventions/interactions.

We have many target industry types and are different geographical territories to support so it would be good to ensure these are managed in the most efficient and effective manner.

We would then like to see if we can use a CRM eg. salesforce to be set up according to the above needs so that we can automate/track the sales funnel more effectively.
We have not yet chosen a CRM solution.
