Description of Business Development: I have Filemaker Pro but am struggling to find the time to create a workable data base system.
I require a simple interface whereby I can list my client contacts and track where i am with their progress as they go through a variety of different and varying processes

David, have you tried the 'starter solutions' that come with FileMaker Pro? There may be one that would do the basics of what you need...?
David M.30 Oct 2016Matt - thanks - I have tried to set something up but am finding it too difficult and really want to get it right. That being said I don't want to spend a fortune lol - I can send you what i have done so far and the excel spreadsheet which is my current data base if that would help you quote ?
Basically I need the following :
1. A workspace for a MAC that shows the basic customer details and a photo
2. A linked workspace that shows the progress of the various complaints
3. A Tab system that shows the Lease Document, MRO Doc and RAP Doc in a pdf format
4. A link from the e mail address to Outlook using a button
5. The ability to create an invoice
